About
“I like to work with the body, not against it. To put the body on guard by working too deeply or too quickly is counterproductive. Giving the body time to adjust to the pressure being applied and open up on its own provides longer more effective relief.”

“Massage has helped me so much over the years. My goal now is to bring what I’ve experienced and learned to others to help them experience less pain and tightness, and ultimately more joy.”
Rosemary Gittings
Rosemary started her official journey into the healing modalities in 2022, completing Reiki level 1. Unofficially though, Rosemary has always been curious about the healing modalities and the power of touch, energy, and connection, often being described as a free spirit. However, after high school she went a more traditional route. She graduated from VCU and went on to work in corporate America for years. During that time, she was also playing rugby and beating her body up. She found herself looking for a deeper connection than what she was experiencing, and a way to relieve stress, both mentally and physically.
Throughout the years she found massage a beneficial tool to keep her body going, and through her Reiki training she found a way to treat herself and those she loved. Fast forward to 2023, Rosemary was able to enroll in the massage therapy program at American Spirit Institute, and quickly knew bodywork was her calling. She has joined the team at 3 Circle Wellness and brings a warm personality and strong intuitive touch with her.
Emily Gittings
“There is always such a big difference between the way someone feels in their body before they get a massage and how they feel afterwards. I love that. I love being a part of that process…making connections with people and helping them to feel good.”
Emily Gittings
Emily has been practicing massage therapy since 2002 when she graduated from, what is now, Fortis College. She has studied a range of different modalities from Energy Work to Abdominal Therapy to Medical Massage and Myofascial Release. She uses this knowledge, and the experience she has gained over the years, to provide a soothing, relaxing, “melt the stress away” massage.
One of Emilys favorite things about massage is that it allows a person to forget about what is going on outside of the massage room and just be in the moment.
